We will dedicate your baby as soon after you make your request as the church schedule will allow. You will be given invitation cards for you to mail or hand out to your family members and friends. You will be given a dedication certificate suitable for framing. You should not request a date any earlier that 4 weeks from the date you are making this request. This will allow you time to pick up your invitations and get them to those you wish to attend. You should not request a date the church is hosting a special speaker or service. Description

We are excited and pleased that you desire to dedicate your baby into the service of the Lord. Babies are normally dedicated on Sunday mornings in the morning worship service. So that we can schedule your baby for dedication, please fill out the following information and return it to the Church office. The Pastor will then work with you to set up a time and date for your baby's dedication.
